Chili's is Chili's. Not sure how else I can describe it. It's always been hit or miss for me. For what it is the food is usually pretty good and reasonably priced. The portions are always on par with the pricing. I went there tonight with a friend for an after work dinner and some drinks. It seems like they've upgraded their menu from the last time I visited (which was months ago). They now have premium tacos, enchiladas and some new combo platters. I would be curious to try them next time I come. I love that they always have 2 for 1 on most alcohol including some wines and margaritas. If you sit In the bar/lounge area you get free chips and salsa which I will say are pretty darn good at Chili's and who can say no to free? On this visit I had the Cajun chicken pasta which comes with a side of garlic bread. This used to be a favorite for me and I must say I was disappointed. Much smaller portion than I remember and really lacking the "Cajun" aspect. We had the fried pickles as an appetizer (another new item on the menu) which were yummy. Briny, salty, crunchy and with ranch dressing for dipping...Ranch FTW. The service we received during this visit was mediocre at best. You can tell the server just didn't really want to be there tonight and she reflected it in her service. I can't say I was really happy with this current visit which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. Chili's is a great spot for apps, drinks and to socialize with friends after work but I definitely would not go out of my way to come here for dinner.

I'm ABSOLUTELY DONE With this location. DONE. HORRIBLE STAFF. DO NOT order ToGo. It's guaranteed the kitchen will mess it up because they do not care or pay attention to your order. 9/10 times my order has been wrong.... I've ordered and paid extra for shrimp salads and gotten chicken salads instead. I can't tell you how many times I've had orders messed up. I've probably ordered 30 times seeing as how it's right next to my house, and at least 25 of those orders have been wrong. Tonight was it for me. The lack of intelligence in that restaurant scares me. Tonight I ordered a bacon avocado chicken sandwich with no lettuce or tomato. I got home and it was a bun with a piece of chicken inside it. They left out the onions, bacon, cheese, and avocado. Are you kidding me? It's BACON AVOCADO CHICKEN SANDWICH. You can't even check the order before you leave either, because it's completely wrapped up. I am 100% done with this place. Good bye!

Chili's is Chili's. This isn't a 5 star restaurant so don't expect fantastic food when you walk in the door. Some things are a hit and miss. I've eaten in this place enough to know what not to order. Their tacos are eh, their rice and beans eh. You want something good, southwestern egg rolls, their chicken enchilada soup, the burgers and the fajitas are all good with some beer or liquor. The main reason why I am writing this review is because if you come here during the day, go sit in the main bar area and Dustin will be your waiter. He is friggin AWESOME! He is one of those waiters that doesn't write anything down but remembers what you ordered the last time... two weeks later!!!! He even remembers if we didn't like something and will tell us before we order it again! If the owners of this place are reading this... DUSTIN NEEDS A RAISE! Or his own Chili's. But hey... you can't beat the two for ones!!!

Fabian was our host and seated us Caitlin and gabby who was in training were our servers. I order the beef fajitas. Very good. I enjoyed them. I took a star off for the dessert menu and the fact that there were no cream liquors to make an Irish coffee . I felt 4 items for desert weren't enough and the choices weren't that great. Every now and then I will stop in... I also have to take off the second star because I was never informed about a 2 dollar charge for ordering all beef for my frajitas. to me it looked like it was a $2 up charge.. No reason for that if I would have been told I would have never asked why they charge you two dollars extra when all I ordered was all beef fajita dinner not mix and match so maybe that's the way they get you on that.... other than that it was a good experience

This is your standard typical Chilis. Came in for something quick with my son and his friend. I did frequent this Chilis a lot in the past, when I worked right down the street, and I would say if you have every been to Chilis, your experience at this one would be about the same. In general, Chilis does make an attempt to update their menu with new items, and they are someone flexible with substitutions. On this particular visit, after taking our order, a manager came by and explained how they were out of one of the items for my meal, so I had to change it to something else. I was like...meh....food came out relatively quick, overall cleanliness was lacking, server was friendly. The best part of the experience was the little tablets they have now at the table where you can pay for your dinner and leave feedback without having to wait for the server.

ATO is awesome and let me tell you why. We order from Chili's often and this was the first time that someone actually opened up all the containers and read off what was supposed to be in the orders. If he didn't do that we would of gotten home with one mac and cheese instead of two, which has happened more than once before. He didnt just check ours, he was making sure that every order was right before he gave it away. Chili's needs more people like that, that run the takeout counter! I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad which comes with slices of Grilled chicken breast with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, house-made corn & black bean salsa, crispy tortilla strips, and cheese quesadillas. I always order this salad whenever I come to Chili's because I love it, but tonight the chicken breast tasted very fake and way too salty I couldn't even eat it. I don't know if they changed the chicken or what but I probably won't order the salad again because the chicken is not the same. My sister ordered Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad. Its Crispy chicken tossed in spicy Buffalo sauce with applewood smoked bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, house-made pico de gallo & crispy tortilla strips, with house-made ranch dressing & a drizzle of ancho-chile sauce. She liked her alot especially the crispy chicken. I did try her chicken to compare with mine and hers tasted like chicken is supposed to taste like. My husband got the Original Chicken Crispers which are hand battered deliciousness. It comes with two sides so he chose mac and cheese for both his sides. Its very cheesy with a hint of pepper. Overall Chili's is Chili's. Good place to take out if you don't want to cook or a great place to get 2-4-1.

Oh Chili's, the only reason I come to thee is that my co-workers continue to choose you for our after-work events. I ordered a margarita on ice, and I got a frozen concoction. No worries, I'll just deal with it. Too bad it's like drinking a salt lick. On the other hand, if you like your drinks strong then order a double during their happy hour for a big kick (albeit it will be well liquor). Their new little electronic/iPad type paying system and menu is convenient for checkout, but is just something else to clutter the table and flash obnoxious ads at me. Not to mention the germs that are probably all over it. The service is usually dodgy. There are muliple time that servers aren't there when you need them. The food never really looks appetizing to me, although I do like munching on their tortilla chips.

I usually visit this location to redeem coupon offers for a free appetizer or dessert that I receive via e-mail. Definitely sign up for their rewards program if you are a Chili's fan. Food and service has always been good. Bathrooms are clean and well kept.

Being Labor Day, nothing much was open. I'm glad we ventured to Chili's since our only other option seemed to be fast food. We were seated as soon as we walked in. Our waitress was pretty awesome. She was there right when we needed her but not overbearing. One of my tests of good service is how long o have to wait for a new drink once mine is finished. As soon as I took my last sip I had a fresh drink in about 30 seconds. The food was delicious. The Texas cheese fries were really good and my chicken quesadillas were seasoned mildly (I like mild) and yummy. We will definitely be back!

Can't beat the 2 4 1 deal. Except that by 3rd round they always seem to make them weak. The 2 for $20 deal is pretty good too. Only thing is we got the cheese sticks and the number brought was odd to share between 2 people. Also the breaking was very plain. I got a bacon cheeseburger and that was pretty good.

Tonight was a decently busy and as usual my service was perfect! My friend and I wanted a quick bite with a cocktail and our server Chelsea knew exactly what we needed. Chelsea recommended some crafted cocktails and a great appetizer with a few substitutions to suite our needs. I travel a lot for work and try to stay away from chain restaurants, but this Chili's has regained my trust as a customer.

Loved the chicken enchilada soup. Had the margarita chicken fresh mex bowl and it was okay. Fast service so it's great if you want to grab a quick bite.

Ok so ... I had not been to Chili's in forever and my fiancé had never been. We dined at this location and let me tell you - the customer service was superb from the hostess to the server. The food was excellent - fresh and it was prepared well! We both order fajitas and was not disappointed, my fiancé loved it so much we ate there twice while on vacation lol. Great spot to hit if you want a tasty & inexpensive meal rather than fast food.

Food sucks... I haven given way to many chances to chilis over the years. All my friends sometimes would drag me there for happy hour due to the 2-4-1s. Everytime I had ordered any food it was less than acceptable. I should have known not to think Corp owned chains can do Mexican food justice... Never again chilis neverrr again...

You know.... a server can really ruin your visit. My parents were visiting and we decided at the last minute to go out for a bite and since Chili's was a hop away we took our chances. We got there early, around 5:30pm and it was not very crowded. For some odd reason the hostess decided to sit us in the very back next to the restrooms, adjacent to a couple of guys enveloped in a conversation about life's mysteries and women... which I believe are one in the same. Minus one star. Now on to the server. Horrible. Her presentation was very nice however she did not mention any food or drink specials. Ordered our drinks and left. She brought out the drinks and I had to ask her to take our appetizer order. She eventually took our order and she seemed annoyed with us for whatever reason. During the time that we waited for our dinner, guests had taken up 5 other tables in our zone. Every one of the tables got their food before us. Minus 2 stars. The entire time we were there we had to ask the server for assistance. The only time she asked us anything was after we started eating with the typical, "is everything ok?" The food, however, was as good as she was bad to my surprise. I ordered the Trio Fajita that comes with steak, chicken and shrimp. If you love Fajitas like me, this was great. The only gripe was it did not come with guacamole... an extra charge. So the food saved 3 stars. I really was on the cuff about giving them 2 stars, like I said before, service can really ruin a visit.

I have eaten here before and would classifiy this restaurant as "consistenly okay" but have since changed my mind. We decided to try their newly advertised $6 lunches that come with a half sandwich and soup. However, if you want to upgrade to a tastier sandwich (which you will) it will be $7-8. We started with the chips and salas. The chips were crisp, thin, and very fresh. The salsa was horrible. It looked to be pureed tomatoes and tasted like the dumped the salt shaker in it. When I food arrived (long wait, received after other new arrivals received their food) I immidiatley got a mental picture of a loveless kitchen assembly line. My chicken fajita sandwich sounded exciting but I was very disappointed. The chicken was decent, but the gooey sauce (what was it?) did nothing to improve the flavor. I felt guilty eating the bread on the sandwich, for it appeared, tasted, and felt like it was soaked in a bucket of butter. I also had the chili which is very heavy on barley- not my version of chili- I prefer sweet. Anyway, out of three people only one thought their lunch was okay. It will be a while before I visit this high-paced assembly line.

Great lunch specials- Sandwich, soup & fries for $6-8.. can't beat that. I order once or twice a week... They have never screwed up an order (despite special requests) and they always have friendly service.

I know it's strange for me to actually review a chain, much less a CHILI'S, but about once a year I splurge on chicken fried steak with country gravy. Or what people not from the South/SW might call "country fried steak with (black pepper) cream gravy". For some reason I suddenly realized one night that I had a hankering for it again, and that I had committed a sin -- I had only had it once in the past 5 years. Because yeah, it's not that great for you. Oddly enough, the best chicken fried steak is from Chili's. The meat they use isn't a pounded-to-hell cube steak that ends up all stringy. I guess it's more ground-up, but it's better that way. The batter isn't huge and puffy doughy, getting soggy and separating from the meat as it sits in the gravy. There's a reason why we call it CHICKEN fried - because it's a really good, crunchy, dense fried chicken batter. Mmmm. I love to load up the gravy with extra black pepper, cut off a piece, slather it with the garlic mashed potatoes using my knife, and eat it together on the fork like that. That's how we do. But yeah, it beats the pants off every chicken fried steak I've had in every hole in the wall or country kitchen anywhere in Texas. Anywhere. And I don't know if it's just because it's been 5 years since I had the Chili's version or what, but I think it very well might be the best tasting chicken fried steak I've ever had. I shared it with my boyfriend, who loved it too. Previously, the only thing he liked there were the Mexican eggrolls. Plus, the service was surprisingly good at this location, even though we came in close to closing.

Never a wait to be seated at this Chilis. I usually sit in the bar. Looks like they just recently updated all the TV's to flat screens. Service is really good, the price is right, and you can't beat the drink specials!

Just got back from lunch in there. The place is extremely noisy and had to wait for the waitress for a very long time. The chips/salsa were terirble - burnt chips, c'moon, and dont try to sell me that they are Wheat. The Chicken enchilada soup was barely warm and the ranch dressing on the salad was very watery. Not the most exciting lunch experience....
